We work with DHL, FedEx, and EMS — the three carriers that handle the majority of the world's high-value shipments. Which one carries your parcel depends on your destination and which has the fastest live lane that day.

Every shipment is insured for full declared value. If anything goes wrong in transit, you're covered — see the protection summary below.

DHL Express

Fastest lane. Used for Americas, Middle East, and priority orders.

FedEx International

Backup for DHL lanes when customs requires a different broker.

EMS / Local Post

Standard lane for Asia Pacific. Slower but fully tracked to your door.

Chapter IV — Customs

Duties & import taxes.

Import duty and local VAT are the buyer's responsibility — we declare each shipment truthfully and let your country's carrier handle assessment. Here's the rough shape by region.

United States

De minimis threshold of $800 — most orders clear with no duty.

United Kingdom

VAT + duty collected by the carrier on delivery, typical ~20%.

European Union

VAT + duty on import. Collected by the carrier before release.

Hong Kong, Singapore

No import duty on personal effects. Clears quickly.

Middle East

Usually duty-free under personal allowance. Carrier will flag if not.

Australia, Canada

Carrier collects GST/HST on delivery for orders above the threshold.

Shipping questions.

How will I track my order?

As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. You can also look it up anytime on our tracking page using your order number.

My order includes a custom or made-to-order piece. What does that mean for timing?

Custom pieces are sourced fresh for your order — lead time is shown on the product page, typically 5–20 business days before shipping. You're updated at each stage.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Yes, as long as the package hasn't shipped. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new address, and we'll update it right away.

Who pays customs duty?

Import duty is the buyer's responsibility by local law — we cannot waive it. See the duties guide above for typical rates in your region. The carrier collects it before final delivery.

What if the carrier says my package is delayed?

Message us. We'll escalate directly with the carrier on your behalf. If the package turns out to be lost in transit, our loss protection kicks in — see our Returns & Protection guide.

Do you ship to PO boxes or forwarders?

Door-to-door is strongly recommended — carriers require a signature and PO boxes often reject luxury packages. Forwarders work but you'll lose our loss protection once the package leaves our carrier's network.

Will my package be discreetly packaged?

Yes. Outer packaging shows only a generic shipper label — no brand names, no prices. The luxury box sits inside a plain outer carton.
